Community Counseling Policies

  • We ask that you pay for services at the time delivered. Please talk to your clinician if you are experiencing financial difficulties so that we may explore other ways to assist.

  • If you no-show for your appointment without a phone call or email, you may be charged for that appointment time.

  • If you no-show for two or more appointments without a call, we may need to end therapy, as often, there is an extensive list of people waiting for this valuable community service.

  • At all times, your confidentiality will be honored.
